“You have fought me every step of the way on this,” she said, shaking her head, “We seem to be working out well, you seem to be happy with my control over you, and then just as I start to think you’re finally giving yourself to me completely you keep pulling things like this! It’s not the first time either, you know that as well as I do.”
She took a step back, removing her hand from his mouth and running it across her face tiredly.
“I have no idea why you even agreed to our exchange in the first place when you so obviously don’t want to submit to me.”
